Exersizing outside beats the White Square of Wii Fitness anyday.. that is if you are really self counceous about the weight.....

No offense to anyone or any thing and definetly not insluting you Etta or your friend but i think Doing Wii-Fitness is fooling yourself into thinking you are actually working out and going to loose weight...that said....Red Steel is a nice game for wii.. but i dont like Nintendo since the release of DS for some reason =(

The only thing i found working to keep healthy, is working out.

Some people can eat salad every day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening meal, but i find that way too hard ^^ With that said, i do try to stay away from sweets (pretty much).

But, trying to restrain anything is hopeless. I'd rather work out hard and eat hard, than not work out and not eat x)

Jumping is correct. Shouldn't exercise after drinking energy drinks. Exercising alone will wake you up for a short period of time. Energy drinks are bad for you.

Well the neighbour has a shed full of weaponry, so I'd probably be more scared phoning the police with all of that than having an amplifier slightly loud. Neighbours a complaining nutter anyway, I can barely have my music on a decent level of volume without them complaining, so I have to wait until they're not in.
